St Andrew's 'DO'
Edinburgh will once again celebrate St Andrew's Day with an exciting programme of events over the St Andrew's Day weekend. Featuring traditional and contemporary live music and family entertainment, the St Andrew's 'DO' events are free and everyone's welcome! Entertainment highlights include:
• A fun-packed Family Festival in St Andrew Square Gardens, including cookery demonstrations from some of Scotland's top chefs, a lively programme of music and dance and a wide range of interactive activities
• A family Photo Challenge - show us what St Andrew's Day means to you
• The rousing sound of massed Pipes & Drums along the Royal Mile
• The best of Scottish Film at Edinburgh's Filmhouse
• The St Andrew's 'DO' Ceilidh at The Hub, featuring Skerryvore, A Whisky Kiss and a special appearance by Dougie Maclean
• A fabulous Firework display from Edinburgh Castle to round off the Homecoming Scotland Finale Celebrations with a bang!
