Dundee Flower & Food Festival
Set in the magnificent grounds of Camperdown Country Park, with over two acres of marquees, the Dundee Flower & Food Festival is the premier show of its kind in Scotland. It has developed over the years into a three-day extravaganza with a host of attractions, the garden and food enthusiasts travel for miles around for a feast of activity and the opportunity to see some fantastic displays as well as cookery demonstrations, craft fair, children's activity marquee, live bands and entertainers. Visitors can also purchase top quality local, national and international produce. Over the years a number of high profile celebrities have attended and 2008 welcomed celebrity chef Ainsley Harriott and celebrity gardener Chris Beardshaw.
Our 2009 programme will again showcase a range of top Scottish talent, as well as highlighting a Homecoming theme, our exhibitor classes have been updated to incorporate homecoming exhibits in handcrafts, baking, children's section and floral arts. We are partnering with 'Fest n Furious' to showcase local music talent and help promote their event in October and generally highlight Scottish provenance throughout the Festival.
