Clan Maclaine of Lochbuie Gathering
The 2009 Clan Maclaine of Lochbuie Gathering, celebrating 700 years of the Clan and its principal septs - the MacCormacks, Macfadyens, Patons - will take place on Mull and at Lochbuie from the 27th to 29th July. Key events include a Clan Dinner of the 27th July and the Gathering at Lochbuie where the various historic sites will be visited and Clan historians will relate the background and significance of these sites and their relevance to the Clan.
This event consists of a formal clan dinner on Monday 27th July at 7:30pm followed by the Clan Gathering to commence at 10am on Tuesday in Lochbuie. Please call 0870 9506267 for dinner bookings. There is no booking necessary for the Gathering.
