A Taste of Scotland
To celebrate St Andrews Festival 2009 & Homecoming Scotland Finale Celebrations 2009, Rose Murray Brown presents 'A TASTE OF SCOTLAND'.
A specialised Scottish food tasting including smoked salmon, smoked trout pate, venison carpaccio, Anster and Strathdon cheeses, aronia berry aphrodisiac pastries and chocolate truffles
matched to a selection of wines from around the world.
Guests will be welcomed at 7pm with a glass of Champagne as aperitif.
Speakers include Master of Wine Rose Murray Brown, cookery writer Nichola Fletcher, cheese maker Jane Stewart and patisserie Sandy Milne of Fisher and Donaldson.
