Over the past 10 months, members of the public have been invited to submit photographs of their special Scottish places to the Placebook Scotland website. We’ve now shortlisted our top 10 for public vote.
Whilst technical excellence was an important criterion for the judging panel (chaired by renowned Scottish photographer Andy Hall), we were also looking for the personal story behind the photograph, explaining why this place was special to the photographer.
George will spend a day on a photography shoot with top Scottish photographer Andy Hall. Runners up prizes will be given to the four finalists.
Entry to the competition is now closed but you can still submit your own photos to the Placebook Scotland website.
